My stay at this guesthouse was a mixed bag. On one hand, the location was very convenient and the room was clean and well-equipped. On the other hand, the service experience left a lot to be desired due to a major misunderstanding with the manager about room availability. Overall, while I appreciated the amenities and cleanliness, the service could definitely use improvement.
